Economic Projections

Many economic forecasters deal with detailed numbers. For example a forecaster may project the GDP growth rate every year with remarkable accuracy during an economic boom for consecutive four years, and then misses the onset of the bust in the fifth year; on paper the track record of the forecaster is 80% accurate, but in reality the forecaster has done an enormous disservice to anyone who has relied on his forecast to make investment decisions. The purpose of our projection is not about the numbers, but to give a qualitative picture about the economic scene, and especially emphasize when an economic turning point will be reached. The projections will be devided to long term projections which usually covers the time span of two years, and the short term projections which fine-tune the long term projections.
